We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sensolytix. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@sensolytix.com or (617) 000-0000 to obtain a return authorization. You may also login to your account and submit a return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge a restocking fee. If the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
